Kristin Fisher joined CNN in 2021. She'll be CNN's Space and Defense Correspondent. As a Space and Defense Correspondent, Kristin Fisher covers all aspects of space from NASA to the newly created Space Force as well as commercial space firms and tourism in space. Kristin, her mother was one of NASA astronauts, and also an enthusiastic space lover, grew up immersed in the field.
