Kristin Fisher joined CNN in 2021. She'll be CNN's Space and Defense Correspondent. As a Space and Defense Correspondent, Kristin Fisher covers all aspects of space from NASA to the newly created Space Force as well as commercial space firms and tourism in space. Kristin, her mother was one of NASA astronauts, and also an enthusiastic space lover, grew up immersed in the field. She served for five years working as the White House correspondent for FOX News covering space policy during the Biden and Trump administrations.
